I used to be like Oprah. 🙋
I would cut the feet off of my pantyhose and wear them under dress pants to smooth everything out.
But, over time, the ankle cut part would roll up around my knees and create their own weird line, so that didn’t work so well. Thank goodness Sara Blakely persisted to create Spanx. She has forever changed the way that I get dressed. Maybe you, too?
Like lots of thick-thighed girls, I discovered that wearing a pair of girl shorts under a skirt helped to prevent sweaty thigh rub. Especially important on hot, humid days. 🥵 Wearing Spanx became less about compression and more about a comfortable under-layer.
